Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only under the following conditions:
• The product must be unused, unwashed, clean, and in original condition.
• All tags must be attached.
• Washed, worn, or dirty items will not be exchanged.

Replacement Charges:
A PKR 400 replacement fee applies to all exchanges.

Packing Instructions:
To process your exchange smoothly:
1. Pack the item securely in a flyer or sealed packet.
2. Take a clear photo of the packed parcel.
3. Send the photo to us on WhatsApp before handing the parcel to the rider.

Refund Policy


Refunds are only applicable when:
• You receive a defective item, or
• You receive a wrong size compared to the size you ordered.

Please ensure to check the size chart before ordering, as refunds for wrong size chosen by the customer are not eligible.

Refund Process:
1. The customer must send the item back using any courier service.
2. Refund will be initiated after we receive and inspect the returned product.
3. Refunds will be issued via online bank transfer only.
